help help help! projects are gonna start and all my free days/slots are fast becoming occupied with school stuff... *sigh*
the nj people dropped by smu today! it was so nice seeing them! grace, isaac, ron, shaun, qixian and i heard the councillors dropped by too! i didn't get a chance to see them though. i was so happy to see those familiar faces! :) i miss nj so much.

awww.. i'm touched. thank you, all you lovely people from here and overseas who care about me so much. :)
so today, david, ron and i headed out to wakeboard before class. man, david's really not bad and ron's a really fast learner! but at least i know for sure today that the last time i went wakeboarding, it wasn't because jasper and gang were being nice to me and going slowly or something. i wanna be able to do more next time though! it was tiring, but definitely a great way to start the week.

all you jc kids better enjoy jc while you can.
perhaps it's the cumulative effect of not sleeping enough the last couple of weeks. after just one week of school, i'm officially ill. i feel like i'm studying for the A levels every day or something. Everyone's studying, even on a sunday (yes, me included). frisbee on friday was fun though. got to talk to peiying a bit too. over the week i met up with david again, and tmr we're going wakeboarding, with ron. it'll be good to see ron. i haven't seen him in ages.
but i do need to rest. no more late nights for me, at least for a while. i'm sticking to watery food until i finish my medication.
he was so sweet though.

it's only been one week but already school is so hectic!
and mind you this is minus whatever CCAs and all the other funny activities.
there's so much to do BEFORE lessons and already i have homework!
not to mention, a business law quiz next week.

so it's official.
you can see so far from up there at the equinox. i like it there. i like it even more after what happened there tonight.
convocation's over, after one gruelling long week of shopping, it's finally over. celest got me a flower, it was so sweet of her! :) the freshies looked very much the same, some of the seniors looked really smart in suits though!

i've been so busy the past couple of days!
so much has happened so fast i can't remember what i've done actually...
been back to school, lyn's birthday, movie marathon, convo shopping i think.
i met alene, peig and shaun for dinner on wednesday. finally got to see moon... haven't seen her for goodness knows how long! :) oh and i'm glad she likes him, haha. girl if you're reading this... make time to meet us okay!
the og couldn't go to sentosa coz it was raining, so we went to kbox instead. i spent most of my money on nuts than on singing i think. david called while i was there and yep, i met him and james for a bit. it was really great seeing him! :) hey dave if you're reading lemme know when you get back so we can go wakeboarding.
i got to see jessica lai today! yes yes we spent a couple of hours catching up on our lives (sooo much has happened) and i got to meet bj, and she met kelvin so that's cool! bumped into tiff and michelle chiang in town and i guess everyone was doing last minute shopping for convo. i only got done with it today too. thank you alene, jess and esp you!

yes i heard from huiyi you're coming back soon? let's go for prata some time man.. russell wants to do prata too. or we could just have chinese food at chompchomp or something. i've got so so much to tell you!
the last few weeks have been fun - camps, meeting people etc etc. but now there's convocation. i think it's dumb. we're all gonna end up looking like waiters and waitresses and it's a complete chore trying to find stuff to wear! kelvin says it's dressing up, but i don't see how it's dressing up when everyone's gonna look somewhat similar (waiters/waitresses, or like we're gonna go to a funeral procession). and it's COMPULSORY to go. seriously... it's totally unnecessary!

i'm glad i missed SA camp.
alot of people were at cumarran's party today and it was definitely good seeing all of them!
his place was huge and if i were his mum or dad i'd be so proud of my kids.
we went around his house and i believed him for a while when he told us the skeleton in his brother's room was real (okay, but only for 2 seconds!). i was really fascinated by his brother's room though - it's the ENTIRE third level of the house!
it's so sad that so many people are leaving. even though i might not have been all that close to them, i'm still gonna miss them. some of the guys aren't coming back for years. so sad huh. :(
i got an email from uiaik though. and david's back. and lyn's supposed to write me a snail mail soon. :)

such a tiring day!
windsurfing was really fun, but we came back bruised and battered.
i've counted 10 bruises on my body so far! most of them from climbing onto the board and hitting certain parts of the sail, but it was still fun!

national day wasn't bad.
watched fireworks with timbo at the swissotel and his granddad was nice, so dinner at prego was on him. haven't talked to tim in a while so yep, great just catching up. another social night around the corner, i'm not sure if i should go though, 'coz it's a bore. moreover i might have to do last minute planning for convocation.
i'm amazed at how he'll do all those little little things just to make me feel comfortable. okay maybe not so little, i know i can be troublesome sometimes. i'm glad tiff, eileen and peig like him so far. i hope he's not right. it'll be such a waste, losing something i've held so dear all this while. but i feel drained. i feel it slipping away. suddenly it all seems superficial.

i've been sleeping at like, past 3am the last couple of days even after camp, but i guess perhaps, it's a small price to pay.
charlie and the chocolate factory wasn't as fantastic as i thought it would be, and i didn't get why some people were laughing so hard and so long in the cinema when it wasn't even that funny!
but other than that, i had a lovely time today.
sure, i'll catch fireworks again tomorrow, but i think i would prefer the ones i saw tonight anyway.

tues night. movie with yc. then, it was a very very long phone call, such that i slept at 6am the next morning.
wednesday. got woken up at 10.30am by the transitlink person (i was quite nice to her la, she sounded really apologetic). met jess at holland v. mambo. saw alot of people there, nj, smu and outside friends. i can't believe huiying works at zouk now, and i bumped into chrystle and xiujuan. haven't seen chrystle in ages, nice seeing that she's doing ok. stayed up till 6am again just talking. by the end of it though, i went to bed with a smile on my face.
thursday. went shopping for stuff in town with him and it was nice spending time together away from all those people. talked about stuff and yea, i guess i haven't felt like this for a long time. spoke to uiaik and lyn on the phone (2 long distance calls from 2 of my favourite people) and by the time i went to bed, it was 3.30am.
fri-sat. ASOC camp! i was really tired (i slept like, 4 hours on avg the last couple of days). food was almost as bad as Circle-X but the activities were quite fun (though very tiring) and my group was damn good! we beat all the other teams and won for ourselves a 3d2n stay in a suite at some hotel in town! our original aim was only to get the 2nd prize (yes. weird bunch. we actually wanted to come in 2nd more
than we wanted to come in 1st) so now we're thinking of how we're gonna use it.
oh.
he came all the way down last night just to see me and pass me chocolates. :)
and i talked to tiffany quite a bit during the camp and yay! i like her even more lyn!

ntu is friggin' far from civilisation.
but i made my way there anyway.
i didn't get to see all the people i wanted to see, but i'll be making another trip there with tim some time soon.
met up with serena, grace, yangyan, daniel and bucky!

okay, the next time i go there, must buy bangles from me okay! :D
today was the third day i've tried to make my tertiary ez-link card.
after days of confusion, they finally told me the reason they couldn't find my record in the system - they've got a bug.
A BUG!
and one would think an organisation like that would be better equipped to handle technical difficulties! when their supervisor calls (yes they said he would), i'll give him a piece of my mind, because my adult ez-link card has dwindled from $17 yesterday to $2 today.
