okay it's the 3rd day of work but it feels like a life time. haha. jess is working pretty near me! but it won't be nice to not go for lunch with the girl whom i usually go with.. but nevermind. at least i'll be seein them on friday and i'll be seein the 4/1 girls on wed! :D

SERENA TEO! oh yea you're in SA with xiujuan, what a coincidence! of course i remember you! haha, after spending so many years together in primary sch. wow.. i didn't expect you to be in the same class as someone else whom i know, since i don't know that many people from sa. what have you been up to? working? hey you know what, maybe one day we can meet up for coffee or something yea? it's been sooo long..! haha.
hmm.. my sister's thinking about what she's gonna do for her 21st birthday but knowing her, it'll probably only be a small celebration. gee.. she's getting old!

i got back not too long ago and this week's been sorta crazy. plus i'm not too happy with the fact that i'm still spendin (on credit, haha, thanks to lyn) despite being broke. but i guess now that i'm working, i probably won't have time to shop or whatever, which is a good thing. hmm. work. could somebody remind me why i wanted an admin position? but hey at least the people are quite nice. alene's friend is working here too. oh and i was really happy to receive jess's and peig's message. :) seriously man, it made my day.
i was really happy to reach home before 7pm today and boy, working makes me hungry! i had dinner and a ton of junk food. haha. it was a wonderful feeling to have the house to myself and to be able to drink milk straight out of the carton. left for holland v to meet daniel, his gf (who has the coolest name, not to mention she's pretty AND she works for MTV!),adrian and bucky after that. along the way from the ATM to walawala they met ALOT of their friends so i ended up sayin hi to more than just daniel's gf. but yea, it was nice seein them and eic was good though they took really long breaks so in between we had fries (at 12midnight! *screams*). i wanna hear unxpected band one of these days. ok now i'm really so tired.. to all of you whom i haven't been talking much to, do take care!

ahh.. so i met up with the NS guys over the weekend and it was nice seeing their botak heads and listening to army stories and songs. some of them made it sound like a holiday man! flat-screen tvs...soccer at night..pool table.. not bad eh? haha. well of course there are others who aren't so fortunate. i'm glad they're all okay, nonetheless, coz they were talking about other people falling sick and all that.
so today, we went to prince of wales to listen to electrico. i thought i sorta knew where the place was coz i saw the map just this morning but i guess i wasn't so sure in the end. we ended up going thru' quite a funny sequence of steps (like using the internet at some rundown hotel) and we realised the pub was just really nearby. blardy hell i felt so silly after that. but what the hell. i had fun coz they were gooooodddd. :D plus the guy behind the bar is soooo freakkkkingggggg hottttttttt. how more can i emphasize that. sighhhh... oh yea. not to mention i saw my eyecandy! woohoo!
so walawala will be another time.. saw adrian and daniel today too which was sorta nice. not to mention and weegin and serhwee too. :) okay.. time to shower man.

oh so cool! my dad got the router working so now i don't have to log off whenever my sister needs the internet coz we sorta have this mini lan thing going on. haha. awesome! well i'll probably start going to the student-care centre next weekend. tuition's next monday though i might change it coz i just realised the smu-taufik performance is on monday too. i'm so broke! i hope the whole job thingy will settle soonnnnn... i'm in need of cash. =(

okay i think huiling's right. i'm too picky when it comes to jobs man. well at least i got some calls from the agencies so that's gotta be a start. i'm going down for a volunteer interview at the students' care centre soon too. haha. hmm.. my guestbook service is a bit screwed up i think, that's why alot of the messages didn't show until today. and OHH!!! i was so excited yesterday.. i went out to shop with esther and huiling (well okay, THEY shopped), saw wenjie and jiawen somewhere along the way.. as well as 1)keagan kang himself, 2) keagan kang's twin bro if he has one, 3)someone who looks a hell lot like keagan kang! ahh!!! so gorgeousss.. :D ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

chinese new year's coming! well i suddenly thought about it because my new sofa set arrived yesterday morning and mummy wants us to change the curtains today. that means i'll be putting up my very pretty lavender satin-like curtains! i had to put up with the checked ones for ages and i didn't like them very much. let's see. job orientation tomorrow. i think even if i don't like the job scope i might have to stick with it, else i'll probably still be looking after hari raya. and though it's sunday today i'm already looking forward to the sleepover at lyn's coz then they can help me style my hair. haha. i hope to be able to drop by walawala too though! now if i can only get myself into those running shoes..bah. keep telling myself i ought to get out of the house but my body's still aching from two days ago. not good not good!

i finally got my hair cut. i've yet to decide if i like it though. i mean.. it's weird. i've had long hair for 3 years and now it's short again so it takes a bit of getting used to. they say cutting your hair means a new beginning. this time i got myself a real hair cut, heh heh.

advertisements can be so misleading and once again, i'm back to looking for a more suitable job. i'm thru' with standing around doing sales. anyway, i've been quite troubled lately. lynette said it was a sign (haha, like in the movies man..) and perhaps it is. i'm just wondering what it's all supposed to mean. i've been hearing alot since that day i'm not sure it's healthy for me anymore. hopefully the students' centre will call soon so that i can better channel my energies.
it's so silly. i spent 2 years resenting school but last week, i found myself willingly crawling out of bed just to crash orientation at the very institution i've been trying to get away from. and now, once again, i wish i was back in school worrying about house events or about unfinished tutorials for they were meant to be worried over. now that i'm so incredibly free, i'm worrying over the silliest of things.

alright orientation's over and most of my guy friends have gone into NS. hope they're all doing fine there. actually, i'm quite glad most of my close friends are girls, 'coz then i'll still have loads of people to hang out with. new job starts next week, unless the 2nd interview on monday can change my mind, heh heh. i have really got to get back to exercising and i wanna cut my hair. short. perhaps, some highlights too.

crashed orientation on tues and i think 05s13 completely bought the story that lyn and i are year ones too. hehe.. i must say i think our orientation was better though. anyway, we're going back to watch the war games tomorrow and to join the og session. we'll probably reveal our true identities then 'coz we're not crashing on friday. met my lignum 6th today, heehee. definitely nice coming together as a house again. :) oh. both my parents keep nagging at me to get a job. bah.

lots going on the past few days.. my new year wasn't all that exciting but i did get to watch electrico and corinne may perform live at the Esplanade on saturday and they were awesome. :) plus the lead guitarist is pretty cute, heh! the 4/1 gang had wanted to go to sentosa but the weather continued to be rotten so we spent close to 4 hours in Seoul Garden just eating and talking. i really wanted to go to the beach, especially after that day with xinhui was ruined by the weather as well, but it wasn't too bad, considering i haven't been to Seoul Garden for a while. went to huiling's place after that and the shows we watched were really really silly.. hahaha. ah well. it was nice bummin' around with them again. :) will be going back to njc tomorrow and i'll finally get to see people like huili and ui aik again. heh.
