yea! i got my creative v200, heh. thanks ron. tried selling my old discman at cash converter but it was grossly under-priced. i waited 2 hours and they offered some measly amount..bleah. i'm never selling anything there ever again. thank goodness my bro wanted it. and 3 cheers to ui aik and yuensean who're perfectly fine. :)

i got such a shock when russell called me to inform me about the earthquake that struck last night.. indonesia and malaysia were both affected and err.. great. ui aik left for indonesia yesterday and yuensean's in penang all this while and his place is rather near the beach?! if any one of you is reading this.. get back to us asap okay.. thank goodness kat and lynette are alright.
saw jess for the first time in a few weeks and it's really nice catching up with her. oh yes, i bought a new wallet! been eyeing it for a awhile and i finally bought it today. thanks jess! :) shall see her and hopefully lynette too this wed. for now though. U EGG and YUENSEAN, get back to us asap!

i need to sleep! haha. xinhui came over last night and i think she left about 4am. i think.. i was sorta out by then already. but anyway, i had to wake up at 7.30am to meet alene and peig. alene was late.. and peig.. didn't even turn up. hahaha. the mango sale was so crowded by the time i got there but i managed to grab some stuff, so yes, i'm happy. i also got this really cool skirt from hula and co! paid gabriel a visit at isetan and ended up getting trampled on because he's being his bitchy self, heehee. met peig, russell and shaun for samy's curry and BOY! the curry over there is amazing.. i have to admit it was spicy but hey, it's bloody good! OB-korea people are back.. yet to really talk to jess or lyn though! i've been so busy recently. need to do really last minute shopping tmr + bake. phew. i hope i don't fall sick. well it's 20 mins into christmas eve and i'll see the 4/1 gang in the evening so i probably won't be updating until after christmas... so to all of you out there, merry merry christmas!

Ever since Michelle Leong sung this song the other day i've had it playing in my head practically everyday when i was bored at work and partly coz i was trying to block out the stewpid adonis advertisement. anyway, point being i really really like it. Been repeating it on my winamp. Suppose to get my second hep B jab today but i guess the doctor's not around. will probably meet my mum later for lunch so at least i get the morning off to get some christmas stuff done. sitting at the top of shaw house talking to ron and russell last night.. perhaps deep down inside i knew all the while that ron and alene were right but hell, we left things hanging and it's hard to let go when there seems to be a chance of picking things up next year.. so yea, i shall just not think about it for the time being. besides, there's so much for me to do right now.

i've been awake for 36 hours or more now i think! went over to ron's place yesterday night and played mahjong and daidee overnight while having bailey's with coffee! kept losing at mahjong but hey, hasan, hongju and myself are not bad at asshole daidee. haha.
met esther and wenjie for dimsum yesterday morning and did some christmas shopping. christmas has become a chore, with the presents all that so this year i'm really trying to stick to a tight budget. we were really shagged by the end of the day but since the korea-snow trip people just got back, i figured it's a good time to catch up.. so yes. went over to ron's place at night and we played all the way until it was time for breakfast... after prata this morning, a few of them came over to my place to bake and surprise surprise - the brownie turned out pretty nicely. heehee. ron and russell were playing on the ps and watching mtvs online and when they left, i slept for 2 hours before waking up to meet them again for Ocean's 12. the show's alright i guess. i'm gonna watch ocean's 11 (vcd) tomorrow, if i have the time.. went all the way up to the roof of shaw house and the 3 of us just sat there talking for a bit.. gosh.. it's only been a month since the 'A's ended but so many things have happened..quite shocking really. okay it's time to go to bed now..

wow! 5 and a half days of work gone like that! i've been so out of touch with the world man. oh anyway. to all the korea snow trip people, welcome back! :) well i miss all the people at work already.. i can't believe i managed to get along so well with so many of them and it's so cool how a couple of them actually live so near me, heh! hopefully we'll have a gathering soon! :) went to catch national treasure with esther, wenjie, weixin and minkok until like.. 2am. haha. we managed to get a cabby who would take the 5 of us and i got back really tired. but hey, i'm gonna fully enjoy myself on a dimsum buffet in 1 hour's time so yes, i'm off!

what a tiring day! let's see..
i had the most ridiculous day yesterday. i was in town and this really lame fella approached me and started talking trash la. invited me to his housewarming?!? then i spent the rest of the afternoon packing stuff for the exhibition and it was so silly, the order in which they packed the stuff. it was quite disorganised and all but we ended earlier than expected.. so yesterday, we sorta got paid for doing less work than expected.. heehee..
the real challenge started today though and boy, it's no joke having to stand around and get customers man. one whole day and i only got a few people to sign up..it was really slow and everyone was bored, even the people at the other booths. and so, us bored people started to talk and well, i've got a good number of people to talk to now, considering it's just one day. plus i met ashwin's aunt? (i was trying to sell my mag and she was trying to sell me her product..) haha. how small can the world get right? the part-timers working there are pretty easy to get along with too. most of them are of the same frequency so it's not too bad.
i'm beat. oh but i received the EAGLES award letter when i got home, yea! hmm.. oh yes, hi to huili who's in melbourne right now. hope you're having fun there girl! when're u coming back btw? drop me a message k. *yawn*

went to the airport yesterday to see the OBKorea and snowboarding people off! man.. alot of my nj good friends are gone already.. *sob sob* oh but it was really sweet of lyn and jess them to call me from inside, heh! well at least i've got the entire harry potter series + work to keep me occupied this week. come to think of it, my entire December is packed. just came back from a mahjong cum hangout session at weixin's place together with the rest of the sec 4 gang. scary movie 3 was hilarious even though i've already seen it. oh but i made a net loss during mahjong. thank goodness we played small. after hearing weixin's story.. sighh.. i think we all can relate to it somehow. i'm at that stage where the thought of getting into a relationship with someone new scares me. and for some very strange reason.. alotta people i know are facing alotta problems with their significant others.. sigh.. oh well. right now..just looking forward to my nj friends coming back, the house reps cycling trip and spending christmas eve with the anderson peeps!

this is the first time in days that i've actually got time to rest! let's see..
prom was pretty good i'd say! on the whole, i thought the juniors did a great job organising it, :) plus the food was not bad and everybody looked absolutely fabulous!! there're a couple of people i've never noticed before in njc but wow, they really looked like stars that night. haha.. njc's a 'stone' school? it certainly didn't look that way on wednesday evening. lynette's prom queen 2004! i'm so proud of her! the tiara totally completed her look, she looked like a princess! russell's prom king which really doesn't come as a surprise, haha. eh, a pity i didn't get to take that many pictures with the house reps! the after-party was really crowded and i was actually quite glad to be back at the hotel after that. it's quite interesting to see soooo many njc-ians at the club though. we made a stop at 7-11 to get stuff for supper and called the concierge at 3+am just to get err..2 forks? and err..we forgot to tip them. =X aye nevermind la. we're students.. hee hee. the view from our balcony was fantastic really, all thanks to lyn's mum. there were 30 over stars that night (i counted..and lyn saw a shooting star even).. a couple making out (probably post prom) and err.. dunno how many cars (some competition between grace and lyn while jess was sleeping and i was showering). we finally slept around 4+am but i was woken up by a call from my mum really early in the morning. joined lyn and her sister for a swim, sort of, since i was already awake and met alene, huilin and michelia there. they were sooo funny! :D
had to rush off after lunch coz my mum wanted me at my family chalet asap. cabbed back home and didn't have time to really unpack coz i had to pack for the chalet in 20 mins. i was really tired when i got there but then my mum was like, making a big deal out of how my cousin made the effort of going to the chalet really early in the morning even though hcjc had prom the night before too.. so i just kept quiet la. tried to pick up chinese chess from them but it wasn't very successful but my sister and i were pretty good at risk! the barbeque was gooood! haha, they're really experimental with the nutella and the sambal sauce. hmm..my sister and i tried to sleep a little after 12 but mahjong, my mum's tugging at our blanket and my dad's snoring kept me up the whole night. woke up looking like a zombie this morning man plus i think i'm really falling sick.
i managed to make it for lunch with the lignum juniors though. it was sweet of them to ask us out and all that, plus they brought us to this place that's almost totally orange! haha. we played pool after that and boy i suck at it now. i can't remember the last time i held a cue. we girls played bishi-bashi at the arcade and that got all of us excited, hehe. :D the juniors had to go back to school and uiaik and i walked/took bus to wisma. the tiramisu at gusto is seriously the best i've ever had! i'm craving for more already! ahh!! hmm..oh and that guy never fails to surprise me man. he donated $30 worth of coins to the Salvation Army. we were talking about being close friends with people of the opposite gender and yes, though we always insult each other, i'll actually miss having him around.
quite glad that prom's over and that i survived the chalet as well.. for now, i think i really need to rest coz i'm starting work next week. ciao!

well let's see. been doing last minute prom shopping. my sister's gonna do my hair *prays* and i'll be meeting jess in the afternoon on wednesday to do makeup. i just hope i won't look like a walking disaster.
hmm..on to other stuff. i got myself a one week job stint! which is great 'coz i wanna spend this december basically resting and enjoying myself. so one week's just about perfect. the money will probably sustain me till the end of december.. of course.. i'll have to look for a proper job in january (hopefully after orientation coz i really do wanna crash). oh yea, i'm finally gonna catch shutter later on with the 4/1 girls. woohoo!

met haogen this afternoon and we watched Bridget Jones. i must say the first one was better but it was alright i guess. haha. it was nice seeing him after like, one week plus. saw yunqi too! :) woke up pretty early today, considering i slept late the night before so i'm actually still pretty tired and i'm probably gonna turn in right about.. now? i aim to finish 2 books by sunday and i've gotta finish last minute preps for prom. i realised i miss alotta people while i was away. okay im outta here.

i'm finally back! i'm exhausted man. i think all of us are. plus we're all falling sick. haha. hrm..let's see.. there was ui aik's almost driving us into a tree and the much cheaper secret recipe's cakes just before bed. there was also the shopping (though i didn't buy very much), the karaoke session we had yesterday (ex, but i totally enjoyed myself man), the endless games of 'cai quan', the good food coupled with a whole lot of 'suan-ning' from the guys... oh yea, i had fun but i definitely miss my bed too...zzz..
